We were very blessed to work with such a great team- we appreciate all the knowledge Mary Hunter and Billy brought to putting our house on the market. They know the area well and had our house under contract within 5 days. This was from 1 open house and their valuable follow up with interested clients. Highly recommend.

Billy was fantastic - so professional and responsive. So grateful for his time!

We had a wonderful experience with Mary Hunter. She was always available when I called or texted, which was often, and always happy to help. My questions were answered promptly and accurately. I would recommend her as an agent for anyone without hesitation.

Working with Mary Hunter was a fantastic experience! She is so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. She advocated for everything we needed and was there for every step of the process which made looking for/buying our new home go very smoothly. We are so glad to have had her as our realtor!

Mary Hunter was incredible to work with. She was so kind in helping me through the process by answering all my questions, even the ones from my dad. I could count on her to be honest and have my best interest in mind. Quick to respond and always happy to help! Thank you!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The England Team was incredible to work with. In just one month, they helped us sell two homes and buy another—one even sold before it officially hit the market. They were professional, strategic, responsive, and made a very stressful process feel manageable from start to finish!

Mary-Hunter was essential in guiding me through the process of finding my first home! She was patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to all my first-time homebuyer questions. I felt supported through every step and ended up with a home I absolutely love. Highly recommend!

This is the second time using Mary-Hunter as our realtor. 5 years ago she helped us buy our first place in Mount Pleasant. We were out of state and it was the middle of Covid so we purchased our Condo site unseen. Mary-Hunter walked us through on Video and helped us navigate the buying process. Her experience, knowledge of the area and keen eye for quality made the process so easy and we were very happy with the purchase. Fast forward to today, Mary-Hunter helped us sell our condo after purchasing our forever home. It sold in one day, got just under asking and was able to get the closing date we wanted. We could not be happier and would recommend Mary-Hunter to anyone looking to buy or sell. Sincerely Lisa and Bruce
