Mary helped us buy 2 homes this year, one as a co-owner with one of our daughters and one as our primary home. In addition, Mary was the realtor for our other daughter for who bought and sold her first home and bought her second (current) home with Mary. We really appreciated her dedication from start to finish in all the transactions. Since we are moving to Spokane, she blocked her week for us to fly in and we spent 4 days house hunting with her. She coordinated and participated in 2 days of house hunting, making an offer which was accepted and then a 1/2 day for the home inspection. We just closed on the house last week and Mary set aside time to do the final walk through inspection and then met us at the title company for signing. She answered all our questions during the whole process, graciously endured showing 15 homes and insured the repairs required for contingent were completed.
