Mary Gordon helped me purchase my Tucson duplex several years ago, and I had such a great experience that I decided to use her again when I sold. Thank goodness I did, because there were several hurdles, starting with my residence in another state. An excellent communicator, she kept me informed with speed and clarity, so I always knew what was happening. The property had some difficult issues which needed resolution before listing, and she promptly connected me with professional contractors who performed the needed work in timely fashion. During the sale, difficulties arose when the buyers delayed the closing date several times. Mary handled this as she did everything else, with grace, aplomb, and consummate professionalism. I have known Mary Gordon for 40+ years, so there was no doubt in my mind that I would engage her services when selling my house.
