Mary went above and beyond expectations. Mary made every effort possible to help throughout the closing process to ensure everything was done accurately and in our best interest.

Connie and I retired in the chicago area 3 years ago. We were familiar with Fort Meyers and Sanibel for the past twenty years. For the past two years we got serious about finding a winter place and we were fortunate to find Mary. It didn’t take her long to understand exactly what we were looking for and her patience with us paid off. She found us everything we required in Estero and we couldn’t be more satisfied. You will find Mary Falco to be professional, very accommodating to your quirks and desires, and very knowledgeable of her area. We are very happy with our choice of realtors and our new villa. Cheers. Dr. John and Connie.
