Mary Ellen was the absolute best realtor. I bought my first home and she was there every step of the way to help out and explain everything to me that I didn’t understand. My husband and I put an offer in on a house in Prairie Grove and it was countered. We currently live in Elkins and after we put the offer in on the house in Prairie Grove, a home finally became available in Elkins. I called Mary Ellen at 7pm and told her I wanted to decline the counter on the house in Prairie Grove and I wanted this house in Elkins. She called the owners and we had a viewing within 15 minutes of messaging her about the house. She worked vigilantly to ensure my husband, son, and I were well taken care of. If I ever had a question, I would message Mary Ellen and she would respond within 5 minutes every time. Prior to putting the offer in on a home in Prairie Grove, Mary Ellen spent an entire day with us to view several homes. She was very patient with our family, and I would most definitely choose her to be my realtor when in need and would recommend her to others! She really made this stressful, but happy time in our lives so much easier!
