Mary Ann was more than an agent helping us sell our home, she was a partner every step of the way. Her professionalism was only overshadowed by her level of commitment to us. Having owned the home for over 20 years made the process all the more personal and challenging; all of which Mary Ann navigated perfectly.

Mary Ann came highly recommended from one of our best friends. They knew that we needed someone we could trust during this adventure. My wife and I were complete novices to the home buying process but Mary Ann slowly walked us through the steps at a pacethat made us feel comfortable. The anxiety of making a major purchase, such as a home can weigh on anyone but withMary Anns patience and expertise we were relaxed and able to make a sound decision on a home. We would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!Trevon D.& Alana A. -Ossining NY

If anyone can ease the stress of the home buying process, its Mary Ann Tighe. In the beginning, the search was not as easy as we expected. We thought that we would find a house and move in with no problems at all. With this house being our first home, we didnt know what to expect but Mary Ann walked us through every step, simplifying everything. We would highly recommend her to anyone, first time or experienced homebuyers; she knows exactly what she is doing.

To those who are looking for a real estate agent to represent them who is professional, enthusiastic, realistic but optimistic, and willing to go the extra mile to get your house sold, I can think of no one better qualified than Mary Ann. We would sign up with her again in a heartbeat!

Mary Ann represented us on the purchase of our first home. We couldnt have asked for a better Realtor. As first time home buyers, her industry knowledge and familiarity with Ossining was an asset we couldnt have done without. She helped us to quickly find our new home, and provided support on everything from negotiations to the closing, and everything in between. Mary Ann not only became our Realtor, but a friend that we would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!Joe D. & Kaitlyn S.- Ossining NY
