Marvin was great to work with! As a first-time home buyer he was able to talk through my list of "must have" and was realistic on what was possible within my budget. He found several options with varied looks and tax/HOA options, and then was helpful in managing what I liked v didn't like to start to narrow the options. He was also helpful in liaising and follow ups with mortgage broker and legal teams, and also gave troubleshooting ideas for things that might not fit exactly in my expectations to get to a good solve and think out of the box on alterations that were cost effective. Marvin was exceptional in all aspects of our move and lease signing process. He was accommodating with our requests, streamlined communications with the landlord for speedy execution of the lease, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable in the new space, including helping arrange inspections and minor improvements. 10/10 experience and overall great guy who takes his job very seriously. Happy to have met Marvin while house hunting. He is super open to questions and honest when answering. As properties are quite the investment nowadays, it's good to have someone who works with you.
