Since my wife & I started to follow Jesus Christ, we're both been actively praying on where God wants us to be and what God wants us to do according to His will. One core prayer was asking for a home. A home with land to garden, to farm, to raise a kid (fingers crossed), to build, to have family come over, and to call our own. Marty will forever be thanked and recommended for helping us live at the place God wants us to be. Marty will always hold a special place in my heart. I want to express my gratitude to Marty for being so helpful with what seemed like a monster of a process & decision. I was and still am scared to be a homeowner, but Marty relieved a lot of that anxiety for me.

Marty provided thoughtful advice on every home we toured. Due to his efforts, all of our bids were very competitive without exceeding a reasonable price range. We started our search remotely, compiling lists of desirable homes and touring them on the weekends. Marty was available for us weekdays, nights, weekends, and during his personal vacations to make sure we saw every house. We ended up buying a home that exceeded our bedroom/bathroom needs, in the perfect location, and without exceeding the list price. In todays fast-paced cash-centric housing market I consider this an impressive feat, and we owe that to Marty.

Marty was the sales associate for a property we were interested in, he was very up front about what that property would need to be livable. We were impressed with the information and decided to ask him if he would work with us after that. He was timely and worked with us as distance clients! We weren't in Michigan yet so we had to do lots of video tours and figure out different time zones.
