Marti and her team are amazing. We had a tight timeline in which to sell our home in order to buy our new construction home. She and Merle identified what we needed to do to the house to get it ready, provided referrals to excellent contractors, and helped us prioritize everything. When we moved out of state, she and her team handled everything. Our home was beautifully staged and sold quickly for more than we were expecting to get, allowing us to move into our new home sooner than expected. Marti came highly recommended to us and we see why! We highly recommend her to anyone else looking to buy or sell.
