I was moving to Louisville to be near my son and daughter-in-law and soon to be first grandson and was checking out open houses when I met Martha Redman of Semonin Realtors at one of those open houses. I had not chosen a realtor yet and after meeting Martha, I knew I had found my realtor! I was all over the real estate market. I only knew that I wanted to be near my son’s house in St Matthews, but not what type of home, condo, townhome or neighborhood I wanted. Martha exceeded my expectations throughout the entire buying process and was an incredible ‘force’ through every stage of purchasing my new home. She was an ally, friend, and advisor and helped me navigate during a difficult housing market! She anticipated needs and met them all with a smile on her face and expert advice. I felt like we were constantly “ahead of the curve” in many ways, which was entirely due to Martha’s thoroughness, creativity and dedication. I always knew Martha had me covered, whether it was moving information, carpet cleaners, utility setups or handy man contacts. I cannot imagine a better experience and cannot wait to refer other people to Martha moving forward. I am blessed that Martha Redman was my realtor, and now a good friend!!
