I am not a big fan of these rating sites. However, I am pleased to write an enthusiastic review for Marshall. He went above and beyond in helping us navigate the purchase of our new house. We are not from the area and he provided the names of other professionals that we had to utilize to complete this purchase. He has a calm and professional demeanor that served us well in the process. It is obvious he has an extensive experience in the real estate business working through inspections, addressing issues that came up with the inspections, adjusting the closing date and other issues as well. He also turned around documents that needed to be signed/executed within hours. He was available after hours if necessary to discuss or review plans. He even provided contacts for us in the community to utilize after we have settled in. It was a pleasure to work with him. I give him my highest rating. He is a true professional.
