Marsha and Daria are the best! We have sold three houses with them and all three times we received multiple offers and over asking price. We have also purchased three homes with Marsha. We were most ungrateful by deciding upon a house with two floors and steps to the front door. It is a beautiful house with lots of land! Marsha even met a broker touring our home so she could babysit our little cat "Bear" and keep him from starting out the door whenever it was opened. The only downside is that this company is using Authentisign for managing documents and although Authentisign claims to be fully accessible they are not! We encourage Home Real Estate to change to DocuSign as soon as may be accomplished. Otherwise we cannot say enough good about these lovely ladies!
When it came time to list our home due to a relocation, we knew Marsha was going to be the first call. From the initial conversation through the final closing, Marsha exceed every expectation.
