When I didn't know who could fix something, he found the right repair person, who charge a very fair price. He kept me updated regularly on how many visits there had been and made recommendations on what we could do to attract more buyers. He used his market experience and knowledge, to help me make correct decisions to maximize my overall profit. I feel he put a lot of time and effort into selling my condo, even though, he didn't make a very big commission. I can't thank Mark and Sharon enough!
