Mark sold our Morgan hill home in record time - within 2 days of listing the home. However, after the offer got accepted, the buyer side had major delays. First, the appraiser wasn't available and then their finance company dragged on for several weeks. Mark was on top of it and pushed buyer side to speed up the process. Throughout the process, Mark kept us updated. I never had a reason to call and check on him. Mark always has his client's best interest. I strongly recommend anybody to first check him out. You may not need to talk to anybody else.
