Best Realtor, ever! Over the years, my wife and I have bought and sold over a dozen properties. We have had some excellent realtors along the way and have even sold a few homes ourselves. However, Mark Coon of Premier Sotheby's stands head and shoulders above even the best of our previous realtors. Mark was our agent for three separate transactions, including some that presented difficult challenges. Simply put, at all steps of the process, Mark went above and beyond to insure our best interests. His prior work in real estate investing and as a CPA added valuable dimensions to his advice. Most of all, Mark listened and then found solutions to our desires and needs. As just one example, Mark didn’t just present us with offers and the pros and cons of each. If an offer was contingent on the sale of a home, he talked with listing agent handling sale of the potential buyer's home and even with the person financing the sale of the buyer's home. In many cases, the contingent transactions were in distant cities making the information more difficult to obtain.During the summer we were out of town. Mark handled all the details while we were gone, scheduling and monitoring needed repairs and improvements at both our old and new homes.
