Honestly, it could not have been easier. Working with Mark was problem free from his end and the problems from the buyer were taken care of by Mark in a very professional manner. He stayed in touch through the very end of closing, beating the title company in every step! His recommendations were right on target and made my sale stress free. I would recommend Mark for buying or selling. He has been a joy to work with.
