This was a very unusual property to sell. A quite old duplex with tenants upstairs who I wanted to make sure would be allowed to keep living in this house after the sale to a new owner, and a tenant downstairs at deeply below market rent. We were looking for not just an investor, but a certain kind of investor. Karen helped me deal with difficult buyers and navigate very complicated legal issues, and helped me keep my sanity! At every turn she was able call on experts in her network and bring in ideas I had never thought of. And she did it with grace and humor and got me a great price. A true partner through the whole process.

Claire Newman helped us sell one house, helped us buy another and then, most recently, helped us sell again. With each of these three processes - all with very different personal circumstances and in different market conditions - she provided us with utterly superior expertise, support and advice. She truly went above and beyond in taking us on as clients - three times! All three times we were so happy with the results, and with Claire. She is just so astute and so good at what she does, and is funny and fun to work with as a bonus. You can't go wrong with Claire.

My partner and I toured a lot of properties with Josh and each one was a great learning experience. His insights and close attention to detail were absolutely essential in our search, being a super nice and friendly guy also surely helped! He was with us when we first visited the house we fell in love with and was there also with his lovely wife to hand us the keys to our new home. Always available, always knowledgeable and helpful, clearly passionate about what he does, Josh was amazing to work with and I couldn’t recommend him more!

Couldn't have asked for any better service than Ginny provided. She was there for the family from the beginning & didn't leave any stone unturned. She was magical....so efficient, dealing with any potential issue that came up & always had an answer or a solution. We would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

My partner and I got in touch with Elly through friends who just purchased a home with her help and whose family had also worked with her on several occasions over the years. I’m so grateful for the recommendation! Elly’s been fantastic all along the process, very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. She tailored a home search to our specific needs, pointed out things to look out for during viewings (details that I had no idea about as a first time buyer), carefully walked us through the offer paperwork…Having such a details focused person on our side -who thinks about and does the research on all the things that aren’t obvious but are so important- was absolutely instrumental in finding our new home When the time comes, I’ll have no hesitation in recommending Elly as well, she’s the best!

Josh was wonderful to work with. He helped our family find our dream home last year and has continued to be a valuable resource throughout the transition. Both approachable and responsive, Josh’s communication skills and easy-going personality made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It was clear from the start that he understood our priorities and shared our excitement for finding the perfect home. And we did!

This is the second time Erik has sold our house, and like the first time, he went above and beyond. We had a very strict timeline and a long list of substantial preparations, but the end result was 9 competing offers at a time when the market was cooling. Because of his expertise and regional knowledge, we far exceeded expectations. We wouldn't have any other realtor.
