Absolutely wonderful team to work with! My parents trusted Marjorie with their house buy 30 years ago, and I am so glad I got to experience it for my own when selling the estate. Everything was smooth, Marjorie went up to bat for us with our loan needs, we had all the right vendors for the restoration of the house, Colette ensured the communication and documentation were spot on! Thank you both!!

I found Marjorie pleasant, positive, experienced and supportive. She is also an effective "team leader" and managed and provided oversight the total experience. I highly recommend Marjorie to future buyer and sellers.

Marjorie is the best – so caring and so thoughtful. We have enjoyed getting to know her and consider her one of our dear friends. We would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or to buy.

She’s the best ever

Marjorie and her team made everything effortless. Excellent communication even in the midst of her vacation. She's a pro. We enjoyed our experience with her and highly recommend her.

Marjorie made our home buying transaction so wonderful. We were dealing with a difficult seller, but Marjorie navigated us through the bumps in the process with grace and comfort. Her expertise, diligence and care for our investment was as if it were her own. I highly recommend Marjorie to anyone looking to purchase a home or invest in real estate. She is full of wisdom, has 40+ years of experience, is an incredible negotiator, brilliant with numbers, and holds your highest good at the top in all dealings. We feel very lucky to have had Marjorie as our agent!

Good experienced staff and agents, followed mist of the recommendations by Agent Marjorie Vickner, that although costly, led to the sale of the house for an unbelievable and unexpected price!! Very thorough in preparing me for the sale, also the knowledge and PATIENTS that the office staff had, specifically Karen.

I would contact David Lyng's Marjorie Vickner for all of my and my family's real estate needs.

Marjorie Vickner is the "cram della cram" She listened and took care of my interests. I felt safe and in excellent hands. Would use her over and over again. Competent and positive.
