Selling and buying a home at the same time is not only stressful, but finding the right home to move into is incredibly difficult in the current market. Marise not only helped us list our previous home, but she simultaneously helped us find our current home. After taking Marise's advice on staging the home, we listed and sold within a week. Since she had already helped us find our current home, we had the advantage of choosing a long escrow, which gave us time to do all of the inspections we needed prior to closing and moving-in.
