Marina was excellent. She really listened to us and explained all the details of the process very well. She also had a great sense of how things would go. She would say things like, "buyers will want this or want to change that, etc." Then that would turn out to be true. This gave us a lot of confidence in her and in the whole process. Our particular case had some difficulties. This involved taking the property off market for awhile before going back on. Marina was patient and steadfast through various difficulties on OUR end. When things needed to be addressed right away, she was always "right on it." We ended up moving out of state before we finally closed on our sale. We have every confidence that Marina would be on top of things and act quickly in our best interest. We'd definitely work with her again and highly recommend her.
