Marilyn was the perfect realtor for me! There is something very special about Marilyn and I realized it the instant I met her. I could see it. It is in her eyes. There is a sincerity about her...that she knows what she is doing...she is quietly confident, very honest... and I knew that she had the years of experience that would be needed to sell my property. She knows her market: Saxonburg, Cabot, Butler, etc. After our initial meeting, as she departed, i remember feeling lucky! LUCKY that Marilyn was my realtor. That I was in the best hands possible. So, yes!, I was delighted, glad, relieved to know that she would be on my team. How lucky was I? I met Marilyn on a Monday and by Friday afternoon, she had several buyers and I was able to accept a very fine offer! It is all pretty amazing because I live in Wyoming and was selling a farm in western PA. Two days later, I was back in Wyoming.
