Just got back from a beautiful stay at one of the seasonal rentals and the house was SPECTACULAR! My sister worked directly with the realtor, Marilyn, to find our family the place where she exceeded all of her expectations. I contacted Marilyn when we came back home when I realized I left all 3 of my favorite bathing suits at the house. She got in touch with me right away, found the suits, and mailed them back to me in Philadelphia! I never thought someone would be so willing to help a complete stranger out, but it made my whole week! :) Thank you again Marilyn!!!
Marilyn listened to our needs and made appropriate recommendations. She provided quick access to homes we wanted to view. She is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Marilyn for both rental properties and properties to purchase. We had the opportunity to do both with her, which were both handled in a first-class fashion.
