Marie was absolutely wonderful to work with. We worked with her several years ago on our brother-in-laws house sale and really enjoyed working with her; that is why we asked to work with her on the sale of our home, and the purchase of our new home. Ours was a long process, and she was always there with us. She is very very knowledgeable about the market and always stays on top of what is happening in the market. She always made herself available to talk or meet with us. Marie helped us through paperwork issues with lenders, title company, register of deeds and she took a lot of this on herself when she saw how frustrating it was getting for us. The agent from Colliers was what my son calls a retrader. He advised his clients to go 10,000 over my counter. Then he brought some roofing friends in to get his clients to offer 15,000 under my counter offer which was already considerably less after his roofers said it was going to cost 187,000 to redo the roof. My son said that?s what they call a retrader in the business. There is about 5,000 ft that does need replacement. But at 4.50 to 5.50 ft I am happy with John and Marie.
