Marianne was incredible to work with while buying my home in KC. We had to deal with a less-than-ideal seller and multiple changes to both the contract and the closing date, but she handled every single hurdle. She stayed completely on top of the moving pieces, kept me informed, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. If you want an agent who will genuinely advocate for you when things get complicated, I can't recommend her enough!

Working with Marianne was fantastic! She made the process easy. 😁

Mary Ann Crosson was great to work with. Knowledgeable and always available to us. Not afraid to get her hands dirty. Real Estate is a difficult business - she really worked hard for us.

Thorough, follow through, friendly, almost always available

Marianne was great to work with

I can’t say enough good things about Marianne Crosson. She was always ready to help us through this home buying experience! She is amazing and we put her through a lot (lol). We didn’t know where we wanted to buy or what we were looking for but she found us houses to go look at all over! She always answered our questions and made time for us. I truly felt like her only client. Thank you Marianne and we would love to work with her again! Ask for her.

Our realtor, Marianne Crossen, has been marvelous! Quick response time and professional work

Marianne was such a joy to work with. She made a very stressful time in my life feel so easy. Don't let her carefree style fool you. She is a beast at getting the job done in a timely manner and fighting for you when it is needed. While working with her I forgot she was my agent and it just felt like a friend. You can never go wrong working with this great lady. Thank you Marianne for making this such a great experience.
