Maria was sensational! There was no pressure on her part. There was a 3 week period of time when I couldn’t make up my mind as to whether I wanted to sell. She would call me once a week to ask how I was doing or what did I do over the weekend. Again, no pressure. By the 3rd week, I asked her to give me a deadline as to what I needed to do to be ready for the camera. When I wasn’t quite ready, Maria and the camera gentleman, raced through my house hiding everything that I had not buried in a closet. That’s one example of physically helping me. One amazing woman. It’s not all paperwork for Maria! Our brain waves came together many times. When asked what I wanted to offer on my condo, we said the same price at the same time without having previously discussed it. Andrea was incredible and a pleasure to work with also. She managed the open house, conducted several private showings, kept me on my toes when it came time to respond to those outside of Fanny Hillman who had important work to do for the sale of my home and the purchasing of my condo. She pushed me (politely) and I appreciated it because I am a procrastinator. And……Andrea took me to two closings in one day. I was certainly blessed to work with these two marvelous women.
