Maria was absolutely outstanding to work with. My fiancé and I were looking for our first home and she was so sweet, helpful and kept us informed the whole time. She was always available when we needed her and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything throughout the process. We cannot say enough good things about her and Berkshire Hathaway!

Maria did a terrific job advising us on market price, getting our house on the market quickly, and helping us through the buyer negotiation/signing process. We were under contract in less than one week!

Maria was an excellent agent! We looked at many, many homes and sometimes the same home more than once. She was always available and very knowledgeable about the property. After finding the right home for us, she kept us on task with inspections and paperwork right up to the closing. Would definitely use Maria Quail again to buy or sell a home. Thanks Maria!!
