Maria was very patient with us, she took into consideration the things we wanted in a house. She is detail oriented, gets things completely in a timely Manner and was a pleasure to work with.
Working with Maria was a breeze. She knew the market, was skilled at negotiations, and we were able to close with our buyers early! Maria is easy to work with and stays on top of things. We highly recommend her.
I was very impressed by Maria's professionalism and dedication to the transaction we worked on together. She was careful to not leave anything to chance, but walk the customer through the whole process. Her calming approach and experience is a plus for her clients and everyone involved in the transaction. She is wonderful to work with!
I would recommend Ms Jennings to anyone either looking to purchase or sell Real Estate on Saint Simons Island . Ms Jennings was the consummate professional keeping us informed on every step of the sales process from the initial listing to each showing. Since we were not residents of the Island this was extremely important and comforting to us. After the closing Maria took care of several overhanging details that would have required us to make an additional trip(s) to the Island. In short we feel very secure in highly recommending Mara Jennings for anyone’s Real Estate needs including the extensive knowledge of the market on Saint Simons Island. William Cassidy
