What an incredible experience working with Maria! I actually found Maria after seeing her respond to a post on our community Facebook page offering her services. After reading her response, I immediately thought, “She’s the one!” And I was absolutely right. My home had been sitting empty for three months. I had previously hired Coldwell Banker, and not only were they unable to rent the property, but they had me list it for $125 less than the price Maria recommended. We knew the home was being undervalued. While we understand that the rental market has slowed, this same home had previously rented for $500 more. Maria listened to our concerns, understood the market, and worked with us to determine a price that made sense. The result? After only THREE DAYS on the market, we found amazing tenants! What really sets Maria apart is the personal attention she gives to her clients and every property she represents. You never feel like you’re just another listing. She is responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for you. I cannot recommend Maria highly enough. If you’re considering renting your property, do not hesitate to hire her! I only wish I had found her three months earlier! Thank you, Maria, for making what had become a frustrating experience so easy and successful. Five stars aren’t enough!

My husband and I were getting relocated to Punta Gorda from Charleston SC. Moving from another state was extremely stressful and overwhelming. Choosing Maria was an easy decision. We couldn’t be there to see everything so she took the time out of her day to take videos of homes, neighborhoods and everything in between. We were able to narrow it down to which area we wanted to be in based off of her recommendation. She is timely with responding to calls and texts and honest with the whole process. We are so blessed to have found such an amazing realtor. I highly recommend Maria for your next move. If you’re relocating from another state, please consider using her as we are confident she will ease the whole experience for you. Thank you Maria for everything you have done and helping ease the stress of moving from another state!

We worked closely with Maria, who is a person with a gift for service and helping people who don't understand real estate. She was very clear in the explanations she gave my husband and me regarding all the information needed to submit the documentation to the companies involved. We felt very comfortable working with Maria because of her knowledge and patience in everything we needed her help with. She is a very capable and competent woman. I thank God for finding her and for her being the one to guide us through everything. Thank you!!

Maria is a bright, hard working, communicative agent who goes beyond any other agent we have previously experienced in getting a property to closure. We find Maria personable and consider her a friend.
