Margie was always available, helped us danger house, probably, set up a reasonable price, and carried us through the whole process

It is rare when an experience exceeds expectations. We reached out to Margie and J.C. Brady when it became time to sell an investment property. From receiving a response back from the initial phone call within 15 minutes until the closing on the property, the communication was excellent. All of our questions were answered promptly and we were given information about the status of showings and interest in the property in almost real time. Both Margie and J.C are very knowledgeable about values and the proper pricing of real estate in the lake Norman area. There were no high pressure sales tactics to get us to list our property with them. Their knowledge, honesty and commitment to excellence led us to list with them at our first meeting and we could not have been more pleased with the overall process and the results.
