Marge is the best! Her knowledge and guidance made the process seamless! Highly recommend working with Marge!

Fantastic response times and great networking ability as the realtor sold my house in matter of days and not months. I am very happy the service provided.

Marge is the best of the best!! Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is the best.

Look no further! Marge is the BEST and treats everyone like family.

Marge assisted me in selling my mother's house in the "Far Northeast" Philadelphia. She is a quintessential professional. Her in-depth expertise was invaluable to the process. Her portfolio of contacts for essential services covered all of our needs and helped make the process seamless. She is a great communicator and quickly brings any issue to the surface so they can be resolved, in my case Marge was the champion of all mitigations. She went above and beyond in delivering her services including returning items to us that were left behind in the house, periodically picking up the mail, securing the building and even doing the meter reading for the closing. This support was a great help to my husband and myself as we had many conflicting priorities at this time. The open house resulted in several offers. Marge helped us understand which buyer would be the best choice. I would highly recommend Marge to help anyone to buy or sell a house. You can't go wrong with Marge!

Working with Marge has been the best realtor experience we’ve ever had (and this was our 4th move in 10 years). Marge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful at every step of the process. Her expertise was invaluable as we prepared our home to sell and all the way through closing. She is a true partner in the process and never made me feel like a burden - even though I probably was! If I was buying or selling in the area again, there would be no question about using her services again. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Working with Marge was a very special experience for me.I don’t think I would have made it through my sale and purchase without her excellent guidance and support. She was so kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the process. I have bought and sold many homes but this was my best experience.

Marge was very professional and she communicated constantly with us on every aspect of the sale. She answered all questions, provided guidance, and did everything possible to make the sale very smooth.

If you're looking to buy or sell your home, look no further: Marge Boccuti is the agent you want. Marge is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and, notably, honest—a quality that is hard to come by these days. Beyond her expertise, she is also genuinely kind, courteous, and caring. Marge and her team at Coldwell Banker Hearthside and Sky Settlement Services do an incredible job, handling every detail from start to finish. Even after the sale was complete, Marge and her team remain available to answer any questions I have. I began this experience with an agent, who has truly become a new friend. I can't say enough about her exceptional service.

We really enjoyed working with Marge to buy our home! She was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. She worked to find us homes and get us in for tours despite our busy schedule. She also worked to get us the best deal and made the whole home-buying process very seamless for us. We would definitely use her as an agent again!
