Margaret assisted us for approximately five years looking for a home in various areas in the Metro Detroit area. Throughout the years, Margaret has always been professional, patient and reliable. I've known Margaret since high school, and she's always been extremely bright and friendly. When my aunt in Michigan passed away in 2017, I didn't hesitate to ask Margaret to help us with the sale. All of us kids lived in different states, but Margaret arranged for the estate sale, the final donations, and then somehow, managed to get us all together for a zoom, where we went over all the forms, and got the house listed quickly and easily. We knew just what to expect and the expression "under promise and over deliver" absolutely applied this time, because she helped us in ways we didn't even expect. A week later, she presented us with 4 offers and was extremely patient in explaining the benefits of each one. We chose the right offer for us and then Margaret went on to help with the negotiation of the inspection, and all the legal forms we needed since we were all out of state. Basically, we did very very little and Margaret did it all, and now the house we loved to visit at kids is now the home of a cute little family, all because of Margaret's commitment and intelligence and basic goodness. I'm proud to call her my friend and pleased to call her my agent!

I had an excellent experience With Margaret.  She's very friendly and I felt confident in her right away.  She handled most of the showings herself which I really appreciated, and when the offer came in, she was really really terrific with the negotiation.  She even staged and cleaned the condo herself, which I don't think most agents do.  She was skilled in closing my condo and I am very satisfied with her.
