Margaret was a pleasure to work with. She was very informative for me, a first-time home buyer. She laid out everything required of me, gave gentle reminders when I needed to take action, and always responded very quickly to any of my communications. She made the home buying process very smooth. Would totally recommend her to another buyer!

Marge went above and BEYOND for us with both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She is so knowledgeable and professional, but also so real and kind. Not only did she provide guidance and answers to my numerous nervous questions, but she also made me feel seen and comfortable the whole way through. No question was too silly, no task too much. She is an absolute GEM of a realtor and human. Even with home purchasing being a bumpy road, Marge makes it smooth sailing with a smile!

Working with Marge was a great experience; knowledgeable, personable, easy to work with and easy to get along with, she helped us navigate the process with ease and confidence. I would absolutely work with her again and I would absolutely recommend her.

I was house shopping in Virginia and I reached out to Marge because she's the pro I know. She provided not one local contact, but five! She included details, so I could decide who I might like to work with before calling. This process put me in touch with a local realtor who was incredibly easy to work with. It all started with Marge. Thank you!

As a lender, I work with many realtors within the community. Agents like Margaret can completely level up your home buying experience with her expertise, compassionate nature, and love of real estate! She is exceptional!
