I nervously contacted Margaret Avery-Moon 4 months before selling my house. I wasn't sure what I needed or wanted to do. Margaret never needled me to sell or not to sell. She didn't flood me with impatient phone calls to see if I was ready to buy and sell. She gave me plenty of time to process and think. But she was there, and I knew it. Margaret provided any bit of curious information I had about the market, on small houses, or buying a small duplex, or whatever, and all she knew what was happening in real estate. When I was ready and had direction, then we got busy and she brought in a photographer and a stager to advertise my home for selling. (Her expense). We sold in 2 weeks. There were snags, we didn't expect. But Margaret stayed calm and reassuring and strong as an advocate for me. Margaret has years of experience and a world of knowledge. I am recommending her to all my friends, some of whom have met her and plan to use her. Grab her while you can!!!

Margaret sold our house in three days with multiple over-asking-price offers. She guided us in our preparation, hired an excellent stager and a phenomenal photographer, and kept us calm right up to closing. We've worked with her before, and so have several friends and family members at our recommendation.

Margaret listened to what we wanted. She found all the attributes in a house that we asked for. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help.

Margaret is the absolute best! She worked so hard for us and showed us every single house we wanted to see. I would recommend her to anyone looking for their home whether it’s your first or fifth! We’re so grateful to her.

Margaret Moon is the most professional and knowledgeable real estate agent we have met over many years and many houses. Long Realty sets the standard for real estate in Arizona and we have been very happy with the level of service and professionalism.

Margaret didn't just sell my house she educated me about the local market, what buyers will look for and how to prepare for the sale. She started preparing me early on so I wasn't overwhelmed with information. Her calm reassuring demeanor was just what I needed to get through this process. I would highly recommend her.

Margaret Avery Moon is professional and knows how to get the job done. She is attentive to detail and has a good team of providers she works with. I would highly recommend Margaret to help you sell or buy your home!

Margaret Avery Moon was an excellent agent. I will recommend her to everyone and appreciate all the help she gave me. She went above and beyond.

My agent kept me completely informed every step of the process. She was also diligent in answering all of my questions and fulfilling my requests. I would say that she went well beyond her expected duties to facilitate this transition.

Margaret Avery-Moon went above and beyond to give us long distance help as we were buying new construction from Michigan. She showed us all comps first, then stuck with us through our purchase with the builder, came each week to take pictures of our build progress, attended our weekly update meetings with the site manager, went through pre-drywall inspection, reviewed all builder paperwork, took a video during the inspection. All through this process, she gave us referrals to services, sales we would need for our move. She is totally professional, knowledgeable and kind to work with.
