Marcia was a great agent. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. If the need should arise, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Marcia again.

This is the second time Marcia Speicher assisted me in a real estate transaction, first as a seller of my mother's property, and this time as a buyer of a home. She was very professional and efficient in the entire process. What would have been an overwhelming experience for me, she made easy. From guiding me through how to be effective in a competitive market, to signing all the documentation and preparing for closing, she was outstanding. She was always available and willing to answer my many questions with sound information that helped me to make decisions. I would recommend her services to anyone. Thank you, Joan Krempasky

She was extremely timely, and professional throughout the entire process. Her knowledge, and assistance in finding a house made us find a perfect home. Thank you Marcia!
