Following almost a decade in the mortgage industry – much of that time as vice president of residential lending at Encore Bank – Marcia Cullinan decided that her skills, knowledge and ability to connect with people matched perfectly with a career as a Realtor. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI, Marcia moved to Florida’s Gulf Coast with her family in 2004, where she now specializes in assisting homebuyers and sellers from south Sarasota to throughout Charlotte County. Her tenure in the lending industry gives Marcia an unparalleled understanding of the intricacies of real estate, allowing her to ensure the smoothest road possible to a successful closing – whether buying or selling. Marcia lives in Rotonda Lakes with her husband, son and two dogs. She is passionate about enriching the community through local organizations, and currently serves as chair of government affairs for the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce. She is also the immediate past president of the Chamber. Outside of real estate, Marcia enjoys an active lifestyle filled with fishing, boating, bicycling and running, and when it’s time for college football season, she can be found cheering for the Michigan Wolverines.

We worked with Marcia Culliman on the purchase of our new place. Marcia was tremendous. She worked with us from start to finish, and we are still working with her. She is holding keys for us. She put together our offer in such a way as to maximize our chances of getting our place. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
We want to give a Shout Out to Marcia Cullinan! One of the best realtors we have ever worked with. We were “all over the board” with the type of property we were looking for. Told her we might not even buy. Marcia is friendly, accommodating & professional. Never once did we feel pressured. Her suggestions were thoughtful, & we thoroughly enjoyed viewing homes with her. We valued her input & trusted & relied on her to lead us through the purchase process. Everything went as smooth as glass. You have a great Realtor working for you & her clients.
