I extend and ask you both to accept my profound thanks and appreciation for your respective roles in spearheading this process, obtaining copies of the permits for me, and connecting me with the appraiser. In light of the above, I would normally express my depth of gratitude to you by inviting you both to accompany me in a celebratory lunch or dinner. Due to our current Covid-19 pandemic, however, those options are not feasible. I therefore hope to reciprocate by extending my paralegal services to each of you. Please consider my offer and let me know how/when I can be of assistance to you. Once again, thank you very, very much for your invaluable assistance in this matter. Peace and Blessings,Dorothy Paralegal

Dear Malini,  I am not sure you remember me but you may remember my former name Roberta Porter. I worked with you at Century 21 Young Realty. I know it's been so many years since we saw each other but I never forgot you; even today I still talk about this kind woman who not only inspired my career in Mortgage Banking but mentored this young lost girl to become a strong Latina. Wow what a journey it's been. I hope this email finds you well and I wanted to tell you that your friendship truly made a difference in my life. God sent Angel's around me and you were one of them. If you ever wish to catch up or just talk well I'm still alive and kicking so call me before another century passes. Many Blessings,Roberta

Let this email serve as testament of the extraordinary work ethics that Ms. Malini Sodha showed throughout the Sale of my parents house in Los Angeles, CA. Malini is not only a professional in Real Estate, but showed her skill in many other endeavors and types of business.  For example, she will help my parents file a Prop 60 or Prop 90 to bring the old tax rate to their new property. Once Escrow closes, her work does not stop there, she will continue to serve my family in many other needs. She is very resourceful and dynamic in all of her transactions. Her extensive knowledge and experience proved her to be the right Agent my parents needed with selling their R2 Zoned (Investor) property in Los Angeles. Malini goes far and beyond her normal duties as an Agent, she is always available to answer all of our questions and meet our demands.  I would fully and extensively recommend Malini Sodha to any client that needs an experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent.  This is what Malini has proven to the Duran Family. We embrace her many talents and wish her continued success!  We are definitely going to refer her services to our friends and family!  Thank You!Lillian

My dearest Malini: You never cease to impress me!  I always admire the way you respond with ease and professionalism, especially when you are unable to help outside of your field of expertise.  Love your answer and the format in which you choose your words carefully!I appreciate you more and realize that there are times where we really need to be cautious with certain scenarios out of our league. I'm always learning a lot from you.Natalie   -   Los Angeles, CA 04/01/2019

It was 1988. We had left Kenya and landed at the Southern California Airport -  No place to live, no jobs, and five sons to be following us in two months.  Friends recommended Malini Sodha to help us find a house to rent. Malini patiently showed us place after place and counseled us about renting and buying and about living once again in our home country. Not only did she help us to settle and get started but when we got jobs she sold us the perfect house, the perfect size and location for our family. Now it is 2018. My husband has passed away and my sons have finished college and are now working and having their own families. I am still living in the same little, perfect house. Malini Sodha has been not only the ideal realtor and business woman, but also a true friend. She is hard working and always trying to meet the needs of her clients. She is completely honest. When dealing in realty, what I wanted most was honesty and information. In Malini Sodha I had both. Even today she remains my realty counselor. How fortunate I am.Jeanne - Diamond Bar, CA 08/08/2018

I would highly recommend Malini as a realtor to buy or sell your house. I recently moved into my home in Corona. She took her time and was very diligent with her work and efficiency. She was able to fight for my deposit back from a home in which we fell out of escrow due the seller playing games. She also fought for small and big things in house buying. She didn’t give up but instead was consistent in replying with the other agent and keeping myself in the loop. The sellers for the current house were not cooperative at all, but Malini was present at all meeting between the seller and I to be a voice for me. I will be working with Malini in the future for another home. Gareth

Dear Malini. Ed and I want to express our sincerest gratitude for your hard work and expertise in the sale of our home. You are an awesome lady! You took the time to explain everything by detail. You put our needs first and even counseled me when I was worried. You are a true professional! We love you and trust you! We are your dedicated clients for life! Your experience was witnessed when we were up against competition from similar homes. We sold ours! The other homes are still pending and still for sale! We closed ours fast and efficient with your strong work ethic! Thank you! Thank you! We are out on the road enjoying RV life! Cheers to future adventures!Ed and Renee
