Born and educated in Tehran, Iran, Malihe relocated to Tampa, Florida, in the late 1970s, where she met her US Marine husband, Paul. In 1990 they moved to Singapore and then Hong Kong, where Malihe first began her real estate career. Here, she developed invaluable experience working in one of the most challenging real estate markets in the world. Returning to the United States in 2000, Malihe continued to work as a Realtor in the Northern VA, Washington DC metropolitan area, where she was ranked in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide. As second home owners on Longboat Key with a passion for the Florida lifestyle, Malihe and Paul ultimately returned to the Sunshine State in 2012, where she is delighted to build on her lifelong success as a Realtor with the Longboat Key South office of Michael Saunders & Company. Malihe is a Liberal Arts graduate of the former Pahlavi University in Tehran, and is fluent in English and Farsi with basic conversation French. She and Paul, who is now retired from the Marine Corp, have three sons and enjoy spending their free time going to the beach, kayaking, cooking and boating.
