Maggie Merelle was/is a superb listing agent. She expertly handled every detail of my sale with competence and grace, making sure my home was presented to its best advantage during the marketing and showings, and that everything went smoothly right through the walk-through and closing. Maggie proved to be an excellent negotiator and was able to draw on her contacts with cleaners, contractors, etc., as needed, even on short notice. As the saying goes, “the proof is in the pudding”: in a sluggish market, my home went under contract in half the average days on market. I’d definitely work with her again!

I am so happy that I worked with Maggie Merelle for my home sale. Her deep understanding of the local market and her navigation skills of the real estate process were invaluable. Maggie was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, she was always available to answer my questions and kept me informed through every step. She went above and beyond to make my home sale smooth and successful. Overall a great experience - highly recommend!
