Our process started in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic which caused some scheduling challenges and Lynne was very understandable and able to accomodate the dates we were available. We looked at roughly 13 houses in 2 days across the greater Charlotte area and it went very smoothly due to Lynne's coordinating with the other realtors and even saw a few houses twice with short notice. Once selecting our house there was a miscommunication from my lendor and ultimatly went to another bank that Lynne had recommended. That was a great experience and proved better than I had originally lined up. There were a few challenges on the financing end but Lynne was VERY patient and took the time to walk us through the process and it always felt like she had our best interest at all times negotiating with the buyer. This feeling carried on until the end when the final walk through was not up to expectations. Lynne was immediatly on the phone and had the issues rectified that day with the buyers.
