Lynn Mattingly is an amazing realtor. She is very knowledgeable, patient and a great buyers agent! Lynn always got back to us quickly with answers to questions we had. We lived a few hours south of Ponte Vedra Beach so she attended the inspections of the house we were buying -
I would recommend Lynn to anyone buying a home in the Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra area.
As a first time homebuyer I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Lynn. She felt like a momma bear looking out for me throughout the entire process of buying a home. She showed me several different styles of homes as well as neighborhoods to help me really understand what I wanted. Her insight on Jacksonville real estate was priceless and made this experience smooth and manageable. I highly recommend using her as your realtor! :)
Lynn was truly amazing. I was already living across the country when it came time to sell my home in Atlantic Beach, and from day one she made the entire process feel so much more manageable. When I first met with her, I had interviewed a few Realtors, and she stood out immediately. She came in incredibly prepared, with a thoughtful, detailed plan and a clear understanding of the market. I felt right away that I was in good hands.
She took so much off my plate, checking on the house, making sure everything looked perfect before each showing, and handling all the little things I couldn’t do from afar. She was meticulous and steady, even when things got tense during negotiations with the buyer’s agent. I always felt like she had my back and was keeping my best interests front and center.
Thanks to her, we were able to list and close in just 35 days, which still amazes me. I’m so grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
Lynn made our selling experience so easy! From the initial evaluation of the market, pricing it at the highest, but most competitive price, to the beautiful staging. She marketed it on social media, held weekend open houses, and eventually found us a buyer! She was in constant contact, even when our offer came while we were out of town. She negotiated us a very good price. We would highly recommend Lynn, whether you're selling or buying! Lynn will go that extra mile to find you the best deal! We have used her multiple times! She's simply the best at what she does!
Lynn came to us highly recommended and she lived up to her stellar reputation. We will work with her again on another real estate adventure, I am certain!
Lynn Mattingly was a stellar agent. I don't think I could have gotten through the whole thing without her. She went above and beyond in helping me prepare my home. I am very pleased with her service and recommend her highly. You won't regret working with her.
Over the last 3 years Lynn with Berkshire Hathaway has helped us to both buy and sell a home! She goes above and beyond to help find what you need and to set you up for success in selling your home. She also stays on top of all the fine details and keeps you updated throughout the entire process so that everything runs smoothly. We are so thankful for Lynn and all that she has done for our family! Whatever you need, Lynn is the best!!!
My wife and I enjoyed working with Lynn throughout the entire home selling process. From our initial meeting to the closing of our home sale, Lynn was the consummate professional. She is very prepared, knowledgeable, responsive and an excellent communicator. Prior to putting our home on the market, Lynn provided extremely helpful, candid feedback and wise counsel about the changes and repairs we needed to make to maximize our selling potential. She arranged for excellent staging which made a tremendous difference in the showing of our home, both online and in person. While under contract, we encountered a tricky land survey issue. Lynn provided sound advice and was highly effective at resolving the issue. In the end, we are extremely satisfied with the successful sale of our home. Thank you, Lynn! We highly recommend Lynn as your realtor from a selling or buying perspective. Lynn is top notch!
