Known in the brokerage community as the Palmer Ranch Specialist, I have been a successful Realtor for 27 years and am licensed as a Broker Associate in the State of Florida. My business comes from my repeat customers and their referrals of friends, family, neighbors and coworkers. I have worked hard for my stellar reputation in the marketplace, and appreciate each and every referral!I have been a full-time agent and managing broker through both easy and challenging real estate markets. While in New Jersey, I opened the first office in the state for Long & Foster, and built it to a 90-person office from the ground up in three short years. My job was to hire, train and work side-by-side with both my seasoned as well as my new agents. I know from my tremendous amount of experience that it takes hard work to do the job of listing and selling well. I am a certified REO specialist and work with the bank asset managers in the Sarasota marketplace. I am also a designated stager and photographer, a strong combination in the marketing of my listings. A former high school teacher, I serve as the Vice President of the Somerset/Turtle Rock HOA and am active in the Palmer Ranch community.
