Lynn Culver did such an amazing job with trying to sell our house! Our house was only on the market for a few days in January before someone put an offer in on it. Lynn’s response time was immediate and always had the answer to our question and made sure everything was done in a timely fashion. Lynn knows the area our home was selling in and gave us honest feedback regarding the things to do before listing. She coached us along the way and tried coaching one of the buyers to come to their senses.
