My son hired Lynn Afleck because she is a friend of the family. We loved doing business with her! She was helpful with every step of the process, always available whenever we had a question. She gave us good ideas on how to go about clearing out the house, suggested using a professional carpet cleaner and staged the house very nicely. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a smooth sale of their property.

Lynn was so great to work with. She was there anytime we needed her!

Lynn Affleck was knowledgeable and diligent throughout the process of selling our home. She was readily available to answer questions and went out of her way to be helpful.

We finally made the decision to sell our rental property and, I knew Lynn from a young age and was in the real estate business. Wanting someone to match our personality and would give us straight honest advice and wow did she ever. From the first time we met at the rental property I could tell we were going to work great together. She gave me her thoughts on the price of the property and when it was all said and done she was right. Thank you for all your help and always keeping us up to date through out the process.

Lynn was very professional! She came and explained the selling process and made sure our questions were answered. She did a beautiful job at staging the home and pictures. She kept us informed on what was happening. She goes above and beyond in her job! She is awesome!

Lynn helped us find our first home and kept a great relationship with us for years! Treated us like family and helped us sell our home almost 7 years later. She has always been professional and we appreciate her help through all of this process and her friendship.

We have now worked with Lynn both buying and selling a house. We have loved working with her both times! She made the process as smooth as possible, she was communicative and we feel like she was our advocate every step of the way!

Lynn Affleck is awesome!! We have had her as our realtor for buying and selling homes for almost 20 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and really knows how to get things done smoothly and efficiently whether you are buying or selling a home. She goes above and beyond what other realtors would consider their responsibility. We always have and will continue to highly recommend her to everyone. Sharon & Cliff Jones
