They say location, location, location is the most important element of a successful home sale. I say agent, agent, agent is way up there as well! And if you want the top of the heap, look no further than Lyndasue Johnson! They said it couldn't be done. She did it! They said it couldn't be found. She found it. They said it couldn't be finalized. She finalized it! Speaking from personal experience, If you want a realtor with your interests, wants and dreams at the top of her priority list, it's Lyndasue Johnson, the consummate professional, caring pragmatist, careful practitioner of the highest standards of assisting clients in buying or selling their property. With hard work, determination and know-how, she located the "castle" for this picky buyer -- one so perfect, all I want is to spend the rest of my life in it!

Fantastic agent. Was a truly pleasure working with Lyndasue. She is very hardworking and has exceptional attention to detail. She continuously kept us on track and without her, I truly don't think we would be living in our new home. She is very kind and a pleasure to work with and knows a great deal about the local area. I highly recommend her!

We worked with Lyndasue Johnson in Tiburon. Lyndasue did an outstanding job with the purchase of our home. I am quite sure we wouldn't have gotten this house without her help, specifically her ability to work through a difficult negotiation and her deep connections in the local community and the city. The other thing that impressed me was how responsive she was. We were on a tight timeline, and Lyndasue was available late in the evening whenever that was necessary. I used to be of the mind that real estate agents were becoming an unnecessary and expensive burden. I have completely changed my mind about that. Lyndasue earned every penny of the commission, and then some. Very highly recommended.

We want to thank you so much for all the effort you put into selling our house. You really went way beyond when you held open houses twice a week even though I stubbornly clung to my price. Then you continuously marketed the house. All the while telling me how beautiful it is and being encouraging. Then after it sold you ended up doing the lion’s shore of the work that the other agents didn’t do but expected done. You are our unsung hero—thank you so much. I hope these angels will watch over you and bless your life. You were a blessing to us.

We feel so grateful to have you represent us on both sides. You did an exception job and we are eternally grateful for all of your help and dedication and most of all your ability to keep things calm and positive. You helped us find the perfect home and to sell our existing home and we are thrilled for both. Matt and I still go on and on about the exceptional brochure you put together which really supported the value. We know we are all extremely fortunate that things moved along so quickly, and we have you to thank.

We are writing this letter to tell you our experience working with Lyndasue. We recently sold 20 residential income properties located around the Bay Area ranging in size from 2-12 units. We have used 6 or 7 different realtors both commercial and residential, to sell our properties in different cities. We met Lyndasue a year ago when she called us and wanted to represent us on our listing agent for two properties we wanted to sell in San Rafael. She has listed and sold 3 of our Marin properties. Lyndasue is so far superior to any other realtors we did business with that we wish she would open offices in the other cities where we have properties for sale. She has a set the standard for integrity, excellent service and selling ability. She is an extremely hard worker and very efficient and thorough. She has managed two escrows where she handled both sides of the transaction, and we felt that our interests were always paramount to her.

Lyndasue was very patient and honest during our transaction, and made everything go smoothly, despite some delays and tricky negotiations. She put everyone at ease and made sure that the transaction occurred.

She has listed and sold 3 of our Marin properties. Lyndasue is so far superior to any other realtors we did business with that we wish she would open offices in the other cities where we have properties for sale. She is very talented at marketing properties as well as guiding us and the buyers through any difficulties that may come up. We were thrilled with the prices and terms she negotiated for out properties. She stays in control of the escrow even when working with a less experienced buyer’s agent. She is a natural problem solver and her insight and understanding of the buyer’s and seller’s concerns and desires is exceptional. She has provided superior service in each transaction.
