Lyn’s approach to real estate is simple: she gives her full, undivided attention to the needs of her customers. Going the extra mile comes naturally, and as such she has built a network of clients who happily refer her to their friends and family. Her skillful negotiating, genuine caring and keen eye for detail work in harmony to transform one of life’s most significant events into a stress-free, positive experience. As an accomplished singer and performer, Lyn has lit up the stage throughout the Sarasota area and beyond with diverse experience including featured soloist with regional orchestras, and performances with Jazz great Dick Hyman at Van Wezel and in New York City. As a Realtor, she brings that same pizzazz, sparkle and confidence to achieve the goals of her customers. Lyn grew up right here in the Sarasota area, where she got her first taste of real estate after high school, working in the offices of J.Booth and Company in Venice. She went on to graduate from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor of Music degree and thereafter was awarded a Rotary Ambassadorial scholarship for post graduate study in Vienna, Austria. Along with her passion for performing, Lyn always kept an interest in the field of real estate, and decided to earn her license in 2003. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience of selling and showing waterfront properties throughout the Sarasota, Osprey and Nokomis areas and was in high demand for her local knowledge and tireless client accommodation prior to taking time off to start a family. Jumping back into the field full-time in 2012, Lyn represented Bright Realty and most recently sold a property on Casey Key before joining the Palmer Ranch office of Michael Saunders & Company. Lyn lives in Sarasota with her husband, Jamie, and their young daughter. She is thrilled to be part of a community that fully embraces the arts, and continues to enjoy an active musical career. She is also proud to be the founding member of singing group, “Vocal Vixens," a talented trio who grace local stages gaining critical acclaim along the way.
