We basically had just a few weeks to sell his house between his hospitalization and move to an assisted living facility and Lydia helped us with information to ready the house (which was in poor condition due to lack of maintenance) and identified several potential buyers. Lydia went above and beyond to support the sale of my father's house. There were difficult circumstances for the sale that Lydia understood and helped me work through in order to complete the sale and quickly. After the offer had been made and accepted, Lydia went above and beyond to dispose of the contents of the house, finding good homes for much of the furnishings and other contents.
