Lyanne formed the overwhelming task of selling my family home into an easy step by step process. Her kind, patient demeanour was a definite asset for filling out forms and answering questions, and her problem solving skills were top notch when presented with a few issues with the house. I would recommend Lyanne as your Realtor. I can’t imagine anyone that could do better.

Lyanne was fantastic to work with! There was no problem too big and no question to frivolous. She responded quickly and coordinated with all other professionals to process as seamless as possible.

Lyanne has worked with me 3 times so far. She helped me rent a house, purchase my first home, and also sell that home 5 years later when I was posted. Lyanne spent countless hours scouring the HRM for a home for me. All her contacts were A1, and she treated me like gold. I could not recommend Lyanne more. She has been patient with me over the years and in the sale of my home she helped me do this almost all virtually when I was away for work. I wouldn’t even consider anyone else.

From the time we met until we found the perfect spot for me and my dogs Lyanne was fantastic. She knew what needed to be done and we worked well figuring it out. Lyanne is very personable and made me feel at home. I highly recommend her 100%. Thank you Lyanne for everything😘

We had the pleasure of working with Lyanne Cantin for our first Rental property which she managed to close below asking. Not only that, she also negotiated to get some of the additional work done to the unit before closing. As we were new to the Rental Business, there was a lot of hand holding and dependence on Lyanne for identifying the right tenant and explaining the various points which we could have easily missed. Lyanne was always accessible to answer any of our queries even if it was after work hours. We would certainly recommend Lyanne to anyone looking for a trustworthy realtor.

Lyanne Cantin, this lady was amazing she is the lady to help you if your looking for a nice home! She was very helpful with any suggestions and with all things she was very knowledgeable! I was not from this province and she helped my husband and I find just the right house!

Lyanne was always there to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. She provided a video walk through as we were not able to be there because of COVID lockdown. Provided information that we did not think of. Refered us to a good home inspector. Took care of water testing. It was a pleasure to deal with Lyanne. If we ever buy another property we will use her services again.

Buying our first home in the covid market was a stressful experience however without Lyannes knowledge and patience with us we never could have done it. She helped guide us every step of the way and always assured us we would find the perfect house for us, and she did. I have recommended Lyanne to everyone i have talked to and will continue to do so in the future.

My daughter and I would both like to express our sincerest gratitude for the positive experience we had with our realtor, Lyanne Cantin. We are both first time homebuyers and Lyanne was there to navigate us through the entire process every step of the way. Her customer service skills are exceptional and she answered all of our emails in a courteous, timely manner. Any questions she couldn't answer she checked first avoiding errors and repeated paperwork. We would highly recommend Lyanne to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home and we would most definitely work with her again if we are ever in the market for buying or selling property at some future date. We both would like to wish Lyanne every success in her future endeavours. Everything was conducted in a timely and professional manner My daughter and I were both extremely satisfied with the assistance Lyanne gave us through the entire process of purchasing our new home.
