Hard working, great service, highly recommend!

Louise was patient and very sensitive to the situation. Selling your parent’s house is difficult and emotional. Louise helped us every step of the way and kept us focused on the task at hand. Working with Louise and Shanahan Real Estate was great.

Lulu helped us on a two-year housing journey. As first-time homebuyers, she was very patient and informative as we navigated the crazy housing markets of 2022-2024 and continued to expand and shift the towns we focused on during our search, and she eventually helped us find our dream home. Lulu's expertise shined as she helped us narrow down our search all the way to the end. We're very grateful to have worked with Lulu....

Louise did an awesome job in pricing, marketing and managing the buyers and the overall sales process.

Lulu is so pleasant and easy to work with and speak to. Everyone involved is always comfortable. She is able to follow through with the business aspects while maintaining her great persona. Lulu guided us through the process - a new one for us - perfectly. She made a difficult and complicated process look easy.

Lulu goes above and beyond in many ways. She is on top of everything. We felt very comfortable throughout the process. Lulu's personality makes all the difference. We really enjoyed working with her and wish we could do more business with her. You can tell that everyone involved in the process agrees.

Louise was professional, compassionate and honest. Every time we met with Louise she was so well prepared and knowledgeable. We always looked forward to seeing Louise at our showings, she brought such a positive and calming energy. Louise was incredibly thorough and meticulous throughout the entire process of working with her. Louise is honestly just the best. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a broker. She was prompt in her responses, thoughtful in her answers and caring throughout the whole process. She is also so smart and knowledgeable of all aspects in real estate....

Louise did a great job for us on the purchase of our house. In this case she represented the myself (as the buyer) and the seller and I felt she did a fair and equitable job in both of those roles. We found her to be very pleasant to work with and were very appreciative of her timeliness with regard to communications.
