Dear Louis,

We are writing to express our satisfaction and gratitude for your excellentrole in marketing and selling our Kilauea property. From our initial contactwith you several years ago to the successful marketing and sale of our Kilauea home and ULU farm, you have shown excellent judgment, patience, concern, and sincerity. We always felt that you were looking out for us and sensitive to our needs. Thank you and we intend to inform our friends about our very positive experience with you so they can keep you in mind when they need an excellent real estate professional.

Sincerely yours,

David and Elli Ward

When we decided to sell our home, our most important criteria that we looked for in an agent was someone who was willing to listen to us and our ideas for selling our home as well as someone we trusted. Louis met and exceeded those requirements. He became not only our agent but our friend. In Kauai, when we needed help finding someone to do some minor service, he (and his lovely wife Carla) always came up with someone. We traveled on and off island during the marketing of our home. Not only could we trust Louis to watch and care for our home while we were away, but he helped us in several instances when we needed someone to take care of something. We sold our home in a market with very limited for sale inventory but buyer uncertainty. Louis did not wait for buyers to contact him as he was always requesting to do open houses and agent caravans as well as increasing the social media marketing campaign. Lastly, he is extremely friendly and does not over-sell. We wanted someone whom buyers would like and respect. For anyone looking for an agent to list their home or to use as a Buyer's agent, we would give Louis the highest recommendation possible.

Louis was the best realtor we’ve ever worked with on selling and buying. His warmth of character, attention to detail, perseverance and problem solving through difficulties that show up during the process, and continual optimism and upbeat personality really make him stand out! Our warmest thanks to Louis for making our process as easy as it was possible to be! Gary and Kate Catron

Louis helped me purchase a condo in 2018. I bought it sight unseen and he made the process very straight forward. His knowledge of the area and the property was very helpful. He has shown me additional properties and when one comes up he thinks might be appropriate he always lets me know.

We hired Louis to sell our Princeville condo. He was extremely professional and used a variety of means to market our property, including 360 photography to create a virtual tour, marketing through the Cascade Sotheby’s network and doing targeted marketing on Facebook. He held our home open frequently. Our condo went under contract just as Covid-19 became an issue worldwide. We had many questions and expressed concern about the transaction because of the pandemic. Louis did a fantastic and thorough job of keeping us informed. He also has a calm demeanor and a level head which is so helpful in stressful situations. We wholeheartedly endorse Louis. He is the best. Scott and Molly Oliver, Princeville

I have been involved in real estate my entire career and have never experienced a more sophisticated, thoughtful, organized, caring, ethical, thorough, and all around expert in this field Louis is by far the best there is in real estate brokerage I recommend high at the highest level possible!

I have had the pleasure of working with Louis LaFratta in selling a townhome condominium in Princeville, Kauai. Louis is the consummate professional - always available to me as the seller, as well as to prospects for showings. He goes the "extra-mile" to help get a deal done. He is creative, but yet a stickler for detail so nothing important is missed. I highly recommend Louis LaFratta to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Kauai.

As a first-time home buyer on the island, I did not know what to expect or prepare for - and wow, am I so thankful we entrusted Louis to guide us through our process to lead us to a successful purchase in Princeville - our dream home. Louis was with us the entire way, starting with exploring houses across a range of purchase prices and walking us through the appropriate questions for each stage of the process. By the time we came across "the one" we felt prepared and were able to make an offer within 24 hours of seeing the home. Louis' background in construction also helped us to really understand the value of our purchase and his easy-going style combined with strong organizational skills make him the partner you want while going through the different steps of the transaction. He went above-and-beyond from start to finish and we felt like we had a real advocate on our behalf. I would entrust Louis for a future purchase and am so grateful for his care, integrity, and 5-star service. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Without any reservation I recommend Louis LaFratta. He is friendly, knowledgeable, methodical and effective.  An outstanding agent of integrity
