Lorraine is simply amazing to work with. She showed me several existing homes in Sebastian and several new home builders while I was deciding on which way to go in my relocation from Ohio to Florida. I ultimately decided on a new build and she was awesome in attending the pre-construction walkthrough as well as the first construction walkthrough since I was still in Ohio and couldn’t attend in person. She also sent me various pictures during the build process to keep me informed and excited about my move. I would highly recommend Lorraine as your real estate agent. She’s just fabulous!
